Hourly Paid Piece Work
Depending on the state of your crop, you may not always want to pay your staff based on piece rate. This usually occurs when you are training new staff, or if you are harvesting in the early or late stages of a crop. MTrack Agrii can easily pay your staff at an Hourly Rate while still recording piece work against the staff members. This will assist you in reporting of Job Costing, Cost/KG and Staff Efficiency (KG/Hr and Qty/Hr)

MTrack AGrii Row Manager
MTrack Row Manager is a self service app which eliminates the need for workers to be told where to go to next when harvesting rows of produce in the field. The system mimics the supervision role where supervisors tell staff where to pick next
Simply schedule a block to harvest in MTrack, the system will then assign workers on a first come first served to any sub-location (Row) that has not yet been assigned

Schedule Harvest Operations
Simple Harvest Scheduling, Select a supervisor, select a location and set the date.
Row Allocation
A worker can tap there NFC smart card against the device or enter their worker code, the system will then allocate the next availble ro to them
Worker Row Trace & History
A supervisor can select a row and trace who was allocated to the row. If there are issues with the row i.e. Picking incomplete or plants not cleaned of rejected fruit. The supervisor can also view the other rows that the worker was reponsible for.
